It’s not unusual for brides to take a buggy ride to the altar, but Roxana had something more dramatic in mind. She was dropped off halfway down the pier and made the rest of the journey on foot, her silhouette framed by sea and sky, the moment charged with elegance, emotion, and awe. Out there, where the ocean surrounds you on all sides, it truly feels like you’re getting married in the middle of the sea.

After the ceremony, guests returned to the resort’s tropical garden lawn for the reception — a joyful celebration filled with music, dancing, and heartfelt moments. One of the highlights? Roxana’s surprise Siva dance for Lamkee — a traditional Samoan performance that she had practiced for weeks in secret. It was a powerful, personal tribute, and there wasn’t a dry eye in sight.
