Thavorn Beach Village Wedding For Joyce and Jeff

Joyce and Jeff are a very special couple to us because we met in Phuket just a few months after we launched Phuket Villa Weddings. They were planning a big wedding and choose a stunning villa to get married in and then the pandemic hit. We kept in touch and in the end they decided to change to a resort wedding since their guest list was much smaller than it originally was.

Joyce is a nurse and she worked so hard during the pandemic, sacrificing so much to look after her patients, many who had Covid. One thing that kept her going was the thought of her wedding. Finally the day arrived with perfect weather.

Their Thavorn Beach Village wedding had a white, purple and lilac color palette and tropical vibes. Friends and family all stayed at the resort for the whole week of celebrating with the ceremony and reception being the highlight of the trip for sure.

Our very own Don Ho was the celebrant as well as wedding planner. Normally not doing both jobs at once, he made an exception since the couple insisted he was the one to marry them. After the moving ceremony there was a fun balloon release then a baby elephant entertained the guests while the couple had romantic couple portraits on the beach at sunset.
